i really want to share this video with everyone out there. you know there are days when everything isn’t going quite right, you feel down and dejected, faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles in your way… and all you want to do is to crawl under the sheets and hide from it all. i was feeling bouts of depression one and a half weeks ago – there was so much negative energy in the air, around me – Kenji being so ill and having to undergo 4 surgeries, my grandmah falling ill, HR issues at the work front, and other friends feeling depressed due to personal reasons – they were beginning to take their toil on me, dragging me down.

and then there’s this video which reduced me into tears, with a bit of shame. i’m going to bookmark this video and whenever i find myself in doubt, or feeling defeated, i’ll rewatch this. thank you Nick, you are truly inspirational and i would love to have been there amongst the students giving you a hug.
